I already use Obsidian or Notion. Do I have to start over?
No. Week one imports your existing notes into the new architecture. You keep everything — we add structure around it. Most participants are surprised how quickly their existing captures become usable once the right system surrounds them.
I work full-time. Can I actually do this in 3 hours a week?
The program was designed backwards from a 9-to-5 calendar. Three hours a week is an honest average — some weeks more, some less. All live sessions are recorded and everything is async-friendly. You can move at your own pace and still ship by week six.
I’m not technical. I’ve never set up any of these tools.
