Done-With-You Install

The Bridge Install: your AI chief of staff, built in your business.

Your data, your CRM, your tools, wired into one system that runs. The meetings tracked, the material searchable, the follow-ups drafted, the funnel connected end to end. I build it in your own accounts in two to three weeks, document it, and hand it over.

I run this on my own business first. The funnel behind this page, the assistants that triage my inbox and draft my week, and a search engine over everything I've written — all built, all running. You're buying the second time I've done it, not the first.

One guide of mine: 31,000 Google impressions a month

Who this is for

Consultants, owners, and one-person businesses drowning in their own notes.

You take the meetings. You have the expertise. But the follow-up email goes out three days late, the proposal sits half-written, and the idea from Tuesday's drive is gone. The bottleneck isn't your thinking — it's that nothing catches what you think.

This install is the fix I built for my own business and my clients': capture that never misses, a vault that files itself, and an agent that turns conversations into deliverables.

The argument

You don't have a content problem. You have an infrastructure gap.

01

Your expertise already exists. It's just trapped.

Every week you answer questions people are typing into Google right now — on calls, in meetings, for money. Then it evaporates by dinner. The raw material for your visibility is being produced daily and captured never.

02

Posting more was never the answer.

The content treadmill is a platform's business model, not yours. One asset — a real question answered well, once — outworks five posts a week, for years. One page of mine gets found 31,000 times a month, untouched.

03

Knowing the method isn't running the machine.

You've bought the courses. You understand the systems. Understanding was never the gap — the wiring is: capture that never misses, a vault that files itself, AI that interrogates instead of ghostwrites, a protocol that ships. That's infrastructure, and infrastructure gets installed.

What gets installed

Four systems. One working machine.

01

Your material, made usable

Years of notes, documents, transcripts and files get pulled into one place you own and made searchable by meaning, so a question returns the three things you wrote about it instead of nothing.

02

Capture that never drops anything

Voice notes, meetings and ideas land in one inbox on their own — phone, desktop, or a recorder in your pocket. Then an assistant triages and files them against rules you approved in writing.

03

Your CRM and funnel, wired end to end

Forms to contact records, tags, pipeline stages, booking calendar, and the email sequences behind them — connected and tested in your own account. Sending domain authenticated so your mail reaches inboxes.

04

Assistants that draft and stop

Follow-ups, CRM updates, proposals and the weekly review, all drafted in your voice on your own material. Nothing sends without you. The last click stays yours by design.

How it works

  1. Week 0 — Scope. One call. We map where your information actually leaks: meetings, ideas, follow-ups, review.
  2. Weeks 1–2 — Build. I install the vault, the capture pipeline, and the agent workflows in your accounts, with written rules you approve.
  3. Week 3 — Run it together. Two working sessions on your real week. We tune until the system survives contact with your calendar.

Investment

From $3,000 · by application

Scoped on the call — the number depends on integrations (CRM, team handoff, custom pipelines), and you'll know it exactly before anything starts. The publishing-only starter — the Field Log Install — is $1,500 flat.

  • Two installs a month. Yours gets my full attention.
  • Every step documented. No mystery boxes.
  • You own everything — plain files, your accounts, no lock-in.

If it's not a fit, I'll tell you on the call and point you to the right free resource. No pitch, no sequence.

Not ready for an install? Want just the publishing half first? The Field Log Install — $1,500, one week — is the starter version of this. Prefer to install it yourself? The Bridge Kit — $297, one weekend. Or start free with the Creator Vault and build live with me in the Workshop, $47/mo founding.

Questions

Asked before every install

What exactly is an AI chief of staff? +

A set of AI systems — an organized knowledge vault, capture pipeline, and agent workflows — installed in your own tools, that handles the tracking, filing, drafting, and follow-up work a human chief of staff would. You own everything: plain files, your accounts, no platform lock-in.

Do I need to be technical? +

No. I build it, document it, and train you on it. If you can record a voice note and read a dashboard, you can run this. Everything has a written protocol.

What tools does it use? +

Obsidian (your knowledge base — free, local, yours), Claude (the agent layer), and whatever capture device you already use. If you run a CRM or Notion, it connects to those instead of replacing them.

How long does the install take? +

Two to three weeks: one scoping call, the build, then two working sessions where we run it on your real week and tune the rules.

What happens after the install? +

The system is yours and fully documented. Most clients add the care plan so the system keeps evolving with your business — but it is optional, not a subscription trap.

Want to see the system before you buy it? I run my own business on it, in public.
