Principles · what everything I make is built on

Own your thinking. Aim AI at it. Build.

Most people are stuck in the consumer trap — collecting, organizing, and prompt-hopping, busy every day and shipping almost nothing. Everything I make exists to get you out: from consumer, to author, to builder of things only you could make.

The one shift

From consumer to builder.

Everything below is in service of this single move. It’s the transformation I sell, teach, and live.

01

Consumer

Smart, capable — and stuck. Collecting tips, courses, and tools you never actually use.

02

Author

Publishing in your own voice, on a schedule. Finally paid for what you already know.

03

Builder

Directing AI to build systems, tools, and work only you could make. Owned, and compounding.

The four pillars

Everything I teach ladders to four ideas.

Own it. Connect it. Aim it. Ship it. Say them enough and you’ll catch yourself living them.

I Own it

If you don’t own it, you don’t have it.

Your thinking belongs in plain files you control — not rented in someone else’s cloud. Own your inputs, and you own everything you build from them.

Own the inputs, own the output.

II Connect it

Organizing is not thinking. Connecting is.

Filing sorts ideas into boxes. Linking makes them collide until a new one appears. Stop tidying your vault and start connecting it.

Your notes become a web, not a list.

III Aim it

AI works from your mind — or it’s just noise.

Generic prompts give generic answers. Point AI at your owned material and it gives you leverage only you could have — in your voice, from your thinking.

Aim AI at what you own.

IV Ship it

If it never ships, it never mattered.

Collecting is comfortable. Building is the point. The work only counts when it leaves the vault — published, sent, live. This week, not someday.

Stop collecting. Start building.

AN IDEA your note PUBLISHED

How I deliver it

I don’t just explain it. I build it — in public.

Anyone can talk about systems. My whole body of work is the proof: I point AI at a real problem and ship a real, owned thing — on camera — while teaching the method. This site, the tools, the decks, the plugins. All built the way I teach.

That’s the picture on the left: an idea becomes a connected note, and a connected note becomes something published. Not stored. Shipped.

What I’ll defend

The beliefs behind all of it.

  • 01 If you don’t own it, you don’t have it.
  • 02 Organizing is not thinking. Connecting is.
  • 03 AI works from your mind, or it’s just noise.
  • 04 If it never ships, it never mattered.
  • 05 You don’t need more input. You need output.
  • 06 A system you’re proud of but never use is a failure.
  • 07 Own the inputs, own the output.
  • 08 A vault you never publish from is a very organized way of doing nothing.

If this is you, we should build

Consumer to builder.

These four pillars run through everything I make. If they resonate, you’re my kind of person — let’s turn your scattered thinking into an owned system that ships.
